At Tacocina, located in Hell’s Kitchen, the quality of the service is only surpassed by the excellence of the food. And since they serve some rather exquisite Mexican cuisine, you should be very happy on both counts. In fact, it is about time that you experienced it for yourself.

I got the chicken fajita burrito and the chicken wasn't cooked. Couldn't eat it

Ordered the chicken mole. Not only did it arrive much later than the estimate, and leaking sauce all over the place, this is the worst excuse for mole sauce I've ever had. Avoid this place.

Food has gone downhill. It used to be tasty, albeit Americanized, Mexican food but now it's just bland. Delivery is quick though. Update: delivery is no longer quick.

The food was barely edible. Since its a little pricier than most of the fresco tortilla clones, i figured it might be decent. It certainly was not. Much better food available for the money. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone for any reason.

Some of the fare is satisfying for Tex-Mex fast food craving, but orders are consistently wrong or not as described on menu. The place is empty and trying to pass at a higher level than what it actually is. There is obviously some serious laziness going on there. They should have kept their fast food kitchen next door open and closed this place instead. I'd rather stick with the Chinese fast food Tex-Mex place for my junk food craving and know what I'm getting, far more value and fast - and surprisingly some of the most awesome flour tortillas in the city.

Food was bland and delivery was very slow.

My favorite local Mexican place. I love the food, and they deliver pretty quickly. The Chicken Mexican style is is GREAT!

Passable Mexican fare - some items significantly better or worse than others. Definitely a step down for anyone from the south. Pretty good tres leches though! Just wish it weren't $6 for a slice of cake...

This fun little Mexican place offers appealingly fresh food for a reasonable price.

Very reasonable price, delicious mexican food in hell's kitchen. One of the better mexican restaurants in the area, food is more flavorful than others in the neighborhood it seems,

Food showed up after two hours and 3 phone calls to the restaurant. They claimed after i called twice that he went to the wrong address. Never again!!!

Not authentic Mexican place. Chinese restaurant also selling Mexican food.

Food was so-so. Guacamole was medicore and was only TWO ounces, not four as listed. Burritos were supposed to come with sour cream but didn't, nor was it inside, and the manager hung up on me when I complained. Other than that, it's fine.

Horrible delivery time! Took over an hour and the food was cold. Beware!

Terrible delivery. They took more than twice as long as the estimated time and when I called to question it they hung up on me. I will NEVER order from here again.

Incorrect delivery, food cold, took 2 hrs, extremely rude when we called. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Sometimes, they get sloppy with their take-out. I ordered the pork tacos and one of them had some cartilage in with the meat. Not acceptable. Would have demanded a refund if i was in the restaurant.

15-30 minute time became 1 hour, and food was delivered cold.

worst mexican ever. meat was flavorless and missing that delicious mojo. Had Taco salad and the vegetables were less than fresh. all-around disappointed.

Have ordered there three times. 1st time, food was ok, happy they paid attention to our request to provide enough chips for the 16oz bowl of salsa you pay $2.95 for. 2nd time, food was cold when delivered and instead of small bag of chips we get tiny small platic bags of chips (4) w/ about 6-7 chips in them each. It was not enough for the salsa and quacamole we had ordered, even though we explicitly asked for it in the detaills of the order 3rd time, food was temperate, not cold but certainly not hot.. and ONCE AGAIN, after explicitly asking for enough chips to support a 16oz of $3 salsa!. I mean what am i going to do w/ all that salsa, w/o chips?! AND I want the chips and salas. If I'm paying for salsa, give me chips to eat it with. and don't put it in annoying little plastic bags. that even when all opened up and poured in a bowl are not enough to in relationship to the salsa you are deliving. And lets work on the temperature!!!

Loved the burritos! Delivery came hot and took the right amount of time to arrive. The flautas are delish and dressings fresh. I would not recommend the pico de gallo - not sure what it is but seemed a bit sweet to me. I'm Mexican and know authentic and although NYC doesn't have that many "true" Mexican restaurants this place has great flavors to offer. If you're not a huge onion fan I wouldn't recommend the chicken burrito. For the prices you're getting "decent" food, good quality. I loved that they have refried beans, as many Mexican joints don't seem to carry them - or they only come in black bean style. I will definitely order from here again seeing that the quality was fresh and I didn't feel ill after eating or the day after. =) The burritos are definitely HUGE, mine was good for dinner and lunch the next day. Aps for flautas are huge also, it was like a meal in itself.

Love the tacos! Super quick delivery! The tamales are great too.

I had the cheese enchilada with rice and beans, beef crispy taco and pork and chile taco. Everything arrived lukewarm and soggy. The enchilada and sauce was served on top of the rice and beans so it was just one big mess. Everything tasted bland. I would not order from here again.

Not bad, not great either. Would order again, but wouldn't be first choice.

The food was really tasty, but the delivery was slow, nearly an hour before my order arrived (the 15-30mins estimate is a lie!) I'll order from here again, but only when I have lot's of time to wait for the food to arrive.

Great lower priced alternative and just as good as the more pricey places. Huge portions and very good rice and refried beans!
